Our Mission

At MindWell Concierge, our mission is to deliver private, personal, and powerful psychiatric care that bridges the gap between provider appointments and real-life needs. We specialize in high-touch, in-home and virtual psychiatric nursing services designed to promote treatment compliance, improve care coordination, and offer luxury-level support for discerning clients. Our goal is to ensure that every client feels supported, stabilized, and empowered between visits so no one falls through the cracks.

Dedicated Mental Health Support for professionals seeking Exclusive & Elevated Care

For professionals whose demanding careers leave little time for self-care, MindWell Concierge offers a private, on-demand mental health service designed to fit your lifestyle. Our discreet and flexible care model ensures you receive the support you need—without compromising your privacy, schedule, or standards of care. We function as an extension of the psychiatrist’s plan carrying out follow-ups, labs, medication administration, and education in a discreet and holistic manner.

In-person and remote options

Serving Metro Atlanta, we meet you where you are—whether it’s in the comfort of your home, at a local park, your favorite coffee shop, or through secure virtual Telehealth sessions.

Meet our team

  • Rachael BSN, RN, PMH-BC

Rachael is a board-certified psychiatric registered nurse with extensive experience across both hospital and outpatient psychiatric settings. She founded MindWell Concierge to redefine mental health care through a highly personalized, private, and flexible approach tailored to meet the needs of busy professionals, families, and individuals seeking high-touch support.

Driven by firsthand insight into the gaps within traditional systems, Rachael built a care model that prioritizes what happens between appointments—recognizing that meaningful support often begins outside the clinic. Her mission is to provide compassionate, on-demand psychiatric care that fosters trust, continuity, and real-life results.

  • Jacob, Operations & Systems

Jacob serves as the Head of Operations & Systems at MindWell Concierge. With a degree in Business Information Systems and years of experience, he brings a strong background in technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business operations. His expertise ensures that all systems — from client data security to scheduling, billing, and digital workflows — are optimized for efficiency, compliance, and reliability. A highly dependable asset to the company, Jacob plays a pivotal role in aligning the business’s backend systems with its commitment to privacy, innovation, and concierge-level service.

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”

FAQs

  • MindWell Concierge is not a clinic—we are a mobile and virtual concierge service. We operate between psychiatrist or therapy visits, ensuring clients receive follow-up care, compliance support, medication education, and in-home services without the rigidity of a clinic model. No waiting rooms. No rushed appointments. Just high-touch support when and where you need it.

  • Not at this time. I am a licensed registered nurse, not a nurse practitioner—so I do not prescribe. However, I work closely with your psychiatrist or prescriber to coordinate care, administer long-acting injectables, provide medication education, and draw labs as ordered.

  • No, we are a private-pay service. This allows us to offer extended, personalized care without restrictions from insurance networks.

  • We currently serve the metro Atlanta area for in-home visits and offer virtual services across select states. Please contact us to confirm availability in your area.

  • Yes, all services are available virtually or in-home, depending on your needs and location.
